I've been watching a lot of video lately. The following from a BigThink.com interview with Richard Florida is an example.

He, like a lot of people, is talking about big, systemic change in the way we do school.
My question is, what part do educational technologists play in this type of change? My opinion has been for some time that, by defaut, we play a leadership role whether we like it or not. Every year our role in organizational change gets larger.
Show me an organization that is rapidly changing in healthy, sustainable ways, and I'll show you a technology leader in that vicinity that is doing more than just managing technology.
